WINTER/SNOWBIRD RENTAL ONLY AVAILABLE Oct. 1 2025 - MARCH 1, 2026 Tours are not permitted due to this being primarily a vacation rental. Welcome to Namast'ay at the Beach, the perfect place to snowbird for the winter months. This unit is a fully furnished oceanfront studio located at the Caravelle Resort. Our vacation rental is available to guests for monthly rentals only from Oct. 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026. Rent our place and enjoy a private balcony, king-size bed, plus a fully equipped kitchen, along with the available resort amenities (heated pools, hot tubs, lazy river, fitness center). All utilities are included in the monthly price, including Wi-Fi. Guests must allow for pest control to enter the unit. They are scheduled the 3rd Wednesday of the month. They will knock, but if you don't answer, they will come into spray. No parties and no SMOKING of any kind, VAPING, OR PETS ALLOWED AT RESORT OR IN THE CONDO. Violation will result in eviction, fines starting at $500.00, and no refund of any monies paid or security deposit. Less than a 90-day lease is $1,250 per month plus taxes will be added to the rent per local requirements. A one-time $175 departure cleaning fee will be added to the first month's rent. Housekeeping with linen replacement can be added for a fee. Guest must sign the rental agreement and provide photo identification.
