Enjoy modern updates throughout and great natural light. Home has a private hot tub and open living space. Available 4/1/24 for a year lease, no option for a shorter lease. Rent is $3,950 per month and includes property taxes, building insurance, monthly hot tub service, water, and sewer. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities. There is parking for three plus cars. Pets are negotiable with additional deposit and pet rent. Renter's insurance will be required. All applicants over 18 will be required to submit an application, credit, and background check with a non-refundable $45.00 fee.
