About 6821 Buttermere Dr
Three bed, two bath, open-concept home with a cozy fireplace, large sun room, built-in shelving in all of the closets, and a two car garage with a third bay extension. Ten minutes from the main gate, fifteen minutes from shopping, and two minutes from Walmart. No HOA. The backyard is fully fenced and has a shed with power. Washer and dryer for convenience only. Pets allowed with $250 deposit and $25/month rent. No cats, dogs under 40lbs allowed. This is what I've got with feedback from your dad. We can talk about the pet thing, but he said it's best to allow pets and charge a deposit+rent cuz if you don't allow pets then people will just subvert that by getting a "companion animal."
