Shared spaces: kitchen, dining and living room (but unfurnished), full bathroom, wooden fenced-in backyard with hammock, garage. Not a place for friends to hang out, sleep over, party. Absolutely no drugs. Storage available in basement. TERMS -$25 nonrefundable rent app fee for background check (criminal, credit, reference check). after we meet and receive your written notice interest in renting as we want to make sure you can afford to rent. -One month security deposit required. -6 mo lease or a 1 year lease is preferred. Month-to-month lease ok. AMENITIES Richfield is a central location, which helps save gas (for me, it's a 10 min drive into Minneapolis), minutes from farmer's market, public library, 5 mins away from Mall of America; close to Southdale Mall, banks, restaurants, coffee shops, Cub and Rainbow Foods, Uptown Minneapolis, Downtown Minneapolis, Lake Calhoun, Target, gyms. Less than 1/4 mile from bus line. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
