All bedrooms and laundry areas (washer and dryer included) will be located on the second floor. The master has tray ceilings, a double vanity in the bathroom, and a walk-in shower. Cypress Ridge is conveniently located off of Okatie Highway, offering easy access to both Bluffton and Savannah, as well as the beaches of Hilton Head Island. This community has plenty of amenities for its residents to enjoy- including two pools, their "Splash Island" lazy river, a dog park, basketball court, tennis courts, indoor pickle-ball court, paved walking trails, and lagoons with plenty of fish! One small, mature and housebroken dog under 30 lbs. may be considered with a non-refundable pet fee. No cats, puppies(under 3yrs old), aggressive breeds, or fish tanks.
