Private 2 bed, 1 bath 2nd floor unit in a 10-unit building. Brand new "Winter Pine" vinyl tile throughout, fresh paint, new blinds, and new bathroom fixtures. The apartment features vinyl windows, wall air conditioning, and baseboard heating. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and new faucet with spray attachment. The complex provides a large, recently resealed parking lot.* On-site Laundry is also available. Small pets under 25 lbs are welcome with a $300 pet deposit per pet (max 2) and $35/month pet rent, subject to approval via PetScreening ($20 fee). Renter's insurance is required — tenants may provide their own policy or enroll in PMI Aspire's resident liability program at $13.50/month. Smoking, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere in the building. The Tenant has the right to provide to the Landlord a Portable Tenant Screening report. If the Tenant provides a Portable Screening Report, the Landlord is prohibited from charging a rental application fee, or charging a fee for access or use of the Portable Screening Report.
