The basement is bright and lovely including a fifth bedroom, a full bathroom and a large living room space. Fenced in back yard, patio, and gardens surround. Three car garage with bonus space for bikes and other gear, as well as an extra refrigerator. There is a hot tub that can be included as well for an additional security deposit. This area has great schools including Westwoods Elementary, Drake Middle School and Ralston Valley High School. This home is across the street from the Ralston Creek Trail providing miles of biking trails. Enjoy Westwoods Golf Course which runs throughout the neighborhood. Applicant has the right to provide Brinkerhoff Property Management with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Brinkerhoff Property Management with a PTSR, Brinkerhoff Property Management is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Brinkerhoff Property Management to access or use the PTSR.
