The laundry room has hook ups for your gas or electric dryer and washing machine. There will be a refrigerator included if needed. This home is zoned for highly rated schools including Ridgeview Elementary, Cavitt Jr. High and Granite Bay High School. Conveniently located near the new Nugget Market and Raley's, several restaurants and coffee shops, and it's just minutes from Folsom Lake with walking, hiking and biking trails. There is an option to rent the adjacent fenced pasture area which may be suitable for horses, goats, or chickens which is available for an additional $200 per month. Tenants will be responsible for water, gas and electric payments. Tenants will pay an additional flat fee of $60 per month for sewer and garbage. Owner will pay lawn care. Renter's insurance will be required. We are looking for a one-year lease. Absolutely no smoking at this property. Some small breed dogs, under 25lbs. will be considered at the owners' discretion with excellent references. Upon approval of your dog, there will be an additional, non-refundable fee of $200.00 per pet, with an additional $50.00 per month/per pet for Pet Rent. Well qualified applicants will have excellent credit, excellent verifiable rental or ownership history as well as sufficient income to cover present and future financial obligations.
