We are looking for a responsible group to rent unit A and happily share the property. We have recently completed major upgrades to the property including new hardwood laminate flooring, new windows and sliding patio door, quartz kitchen counters, and a new roof. Our building is family owned, we are not a large management company. I think I'm much easier to work with I have found that it is easier to coordinate with one person as the designated group leader.
