Large home with multiple living spaces, spacious bedrooms, updated kitchen and a lovely stoned patio backyard. Upon entering this home you will find two bedrooms downstairs which share a bathroom, along with a large multi-purpose room which could be used as a bonus room area, home offices, entertainment room, etc. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite, a guest bedroom with access to a bathroom, laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and an open concept dining/living/kitchen area. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless appliances, pantry, large island, and a workspace area. The living room includes built-ins and a lot of windows for great natural light. There are large closets and some storage space in the home as well. Enjoy use of the rear balcony overlooking the beautiful stone patio below. There are 3 new TV's in the home that will remain, but will not be warranted, repaired or replaced by owner during occupancy. Otherwise the home is being offered unfurnished for a long-term lease. Tenants can contact the South Carolina Yacht Club to inquire about joining for use of their amenities. Windmill Harbour is gated and has added a light on Hwy 278 for better traffic flow in and out of the community. Tenant is responsible for utilities, cable and internet, and landscaping. No cats permitted. A dog may be considered on a case by case basis and requires owner approval and an additional pet deposit.
