The world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Mission/Pacific Beach, La Jolla Shores, Downtown San Diego, and the airport are all within 5-10 miles. Shopping, library, neighborhood park/playground all within a mile. Rent includes internet, electricity (up to 700kwh/mo), water, trash/recycling/yard waste, and gas (up to $100/month).
