Room Dimensions Living room: 15’ x 13.5’ Bedroom SE 13’ x 10’ not inc closet Bedroom NE 10.75’ x 13.5’ including closet Kitchen 18.5’ x 13.5’ Laundry: Washer/Dryer Included. Parking: Curb parking + 2 parking spaces on cement pad in alley. Tenant provides own yard equipment, yard must be maintained well. (Mower/trimmer/etc) Heating: Forced Air Natural Gas Wall Furnace. Cooling: Window A/C Unit - Tenant provided (Possibly owner provided, tenant is responsible for installation and removal and for preventing any damage from occuring. Tenant Pays: Gas(~$68/mo, Black Hills Energy) Electric(~$70/mo, Rocky Mountain Power) Sewer/Water/Trash (~$60/month City of Lander & Wyoming Waste Systems ~$70/month) 1 Year Lease: after which goes month to month with at least 60 days notice prior to move out.
