I'm a licensed EMR working as a medic up in Fort St. John. My schedule is that I work three weeks on and come home for one. I have a lot of family and friends on the island so I wouldn't even be home the entire week. My house is a rancher. New as of 2012. It comes fully furnished except for your bed and bedding. There's a full bathroom beside your bedroom that would be all yours. Your bedroom is 10ft. X 11 ft. And there is also a den off the front entrance you could use as an office. The living room has a gas fireplace, leather couches (all recline :), flat screen and surround sound. Its very cozy. I have high speed internet, apple tv, and netflix but no cable or landline. If this is an issue we can hook those up. All utilities are included in the price. The back is all fenced off with nice height for privacy and is mostly concrete patio. There’s a natural gas outlet for a BBQ as well. You can have free range of the garden areas. I'm only attached to a few plants. I was going to make raised beds in the backyard for veggies because it gets lots of sun, but I wouldn't be home enough.
