Note: All yard maintenance, including mowing and trimming, is tenants responsibility, and must be done on a regular basis. DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS: A refundable security deposit equal to one months rent is due within 48 hours of approval. Depending on qualifying factors, an additional deposit may be required. LEASE COMMENCEMENT REQUIREMENTS: Once approved, the lease commencement date must be within 4 days. If the property is unavailable for move-in, the lease commencement date must be set within 4 days of the expected availability date.
