Available 11/1, our home is about 1750 sq ft and features light colored carpeting, separated bedrooms so that the master bedroom and bath are at the opposite end of the home from the other 2 bedrooms. Note that neither bathroom has a traditional deep bathtub - both have showers with only a few inch lip to contain water. A wood burning fireplace with gas ignition is in the living room with beam ceilings; the formal dining room also has beam ceilings. A breakfast bar is adjacent to the kitchen, which features an automatic dishwasher, gas cooktop, and newer double gas ovens. Washer and dryer hookups are in a cupboard in the hall. A spacious double vehicle garage is finished with a workbench and lots of storage. If a truck is in the garage it belongs to the owner and will be removed. The home has soft water conditioning included in the rent (Rayne Water services and maintains the unit in the garage). Heating is forced air gas. The front and rear yards are manicured by a gardener and the plants do require watering - the rear yard is on drip irrigation and you will have to water the front door planter with the new planting. You have use of the community pool and spa which are heated all year except 1/1-3/31 and also use of the club house. Shuffleboard is also available. $3500.00 per month, 18 months minimum and we can offer it for 24 months with no rent increase (long term residents only); no smoking is ever allowed and pets are normally not considered. Refuse, recycling, soft water treatment (not cost of the water itself), gardener and the Association Fee are all provided for in the rent. Guarantors are not accepted on this property.
