Further down the hallway is the laundry room with linen closet and washer and dryer units. Guest bathroom also features double sink vanity, tub/shower combo and window for natural lighting. Two guest bedrooms are located on the front side of the home with large closets. Backyard features screened in lanai, perfect for Florida summers, storage shed and large fenced in yard. A security system/cameras are available for tenant use. Lawn care is included. **This home has solar panels in place. Base power bill will remain in Owners name and base cost will be back-billed to tenant each month. Schools: Kingsfield Elementary, Beulah Middle, Tate High school Pets allowed on a pre-approved basis with all pet fees paid. 35lb weight limit, limit 2 animals.
