One full bathroom, one bedroom downstairs, and two open bedrooms upstairs (must walk through one to get to the other) with a large storage room. Stainless appliances, washer/dryer, and high end laminate flooring. Must have a clean credit history 610+ and clean background check and excellent references. Please don't apply if you don't meet the criteria (you will pay non refundable $32.95 for background/credit check). We will consider 1 very well behaved NON-AGGRESSIVE pet with pet fee. Pets must be on leash or under voice command at all times, there is no fenced yard. We live in Alaska but have family locally. This is a unique property for someone who wants space and a garden with country living. We will require a General Release of Liability for use of pond. We are looking for someone who will take excellent care of the property and keep it clean inside and out, lives a quiet lifestyle, no big parties or junk cars/trash, no smoking. Only inquire if you meet these criteria. Max 4 people (even part time). Renter to carry rent insurance. This is a renovated older farm house, so it has quirks, it is not a new build. Spartanburg county school district 02.
