Through the garage entrance is a perfect landing area with the laundry room right next to it for easy 1-level living. Downstairs you will find the third bedroom which also has a walk-in closet and bathroom. This area features a large open space for the living room and an additional nook area perfect for an office or recreation space. Resident is responsible for Gas/Electric/and W/S. Renter insurance also required. Lawn and snow removal is provided. one pet is welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications available online. Each application is $50 per adult. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
