The sprawling kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a large island providing additional seating and overlook over the main living area. The gas fireplace is featured in the living room and can also be enjoyed from the dining or kitchen area. Through the sunroom is the spacious patio area featuring an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill and fridge, and open access to the walking path. Downstairs you will find the third bedroom and bathroom and a mirror of the open concept. This area features a large open space for the living room and an additional nook area perfect for an office or recreation space. Resident is responsible for Gas/Electric/and W/S. Lawn and snow removal is provided. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) there is a one pet limit, and dogs cannot be an aggressive breed. Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
