One bedroom downstairs with a king bed and full size washer & dryer, one bedroom upstairs with full bed, separate loft area upstairs that’s perfect for relaxing & reading a book. Great room has a tall vaulted ceiling and a large patio door that opens to an east facing deck cantilevered over a large rock wall. The house is positioned to receive lots of sunlight. This is a guest house on the property but still maintains privacy & due to being on a different elevation has a small private yard space. Please see the photos: there are approximately 25 exterior stairs from the driveway to the front door.
