We’re big fans of trail running, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and backpacking — if you love the outdoors and a peaceful home base, you’ll feel right at home here. Please read carefully — this home is unique, and finding the right fit is important to keep our environment peaceful and comfortable. Former roommates have stayed 5+ years and can happily vouch for the house and living setup. Shared bathroom with 1 person. Lease is Month-to-Month, but we'd prefer someone that wants to stay a while. Credit check + 1 month rent deposit. Utilities/wifi included in the rent. No couples, no smoking. Shared responsibilities include helping with snow removal in winter. Amazing PC Ridgeline views from the house, elk and deer regularly visit. Woodstove for supplemental heat and ambience. There is room in the garage for bike/ski gear storage. Garage spot possibly available for a smaller car. This is a true log cabin — full of character, but not heavily soundproofed. It’s not a party house or social gathering spot. We value quiet, privacy, cleanliness, respect, and good sleep. Someone who is considerate and aware of noise during late-night coming/going is a must. Pics come out too dark to do the place justice. Great location for trail access, resorts, rec centers, and grocery stores. Located right by the Round Valley trail system, Trailside bike park, 5 minutes from Kimball Junction, 10 minutes to Park City.
