This property, which sits on 40 acres, has unique access to an extremely large front and backyard area. *You would not be leasing the entire 40 acre lot, but only the property itself and the immediate area surrounding it. The property/land owner, and any third party they give permission to, also retains all rights to access/traverse any part of the 40 acre lot at any time for any reason* The kitchen features a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and cabinets. This home is also free of carpet, with the living areas having vinyl flooring and the bathrooms having tile. This property also has a few other unique features; a fireplace, a large covered patio, and a work shed next to the house. WE’RE INVESTED IN YOUR FUTURE - With AMRR, you can take full advantage of our homebuyer program and earn up to $5,000 towards the future purchase of a new home. We also report all on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus, which can have a huge positive impact on your credit score. Length of lease can typically be between 12 and 24 months.
