All utilities paid by owner except Flathead Electric (The Ranch Water District, Century Link internet, The Ranch HOA, pest control, yard maintenance, snow plowing, etc). No pets/no smoking. $3,500/month plus $4,000 security deposit. Fully furnished- tenant to provide linens. Garage not included. No garbage service.
