Partially furnished with new bed and a small amount of furniture and kitchen items. The kitchen features butcher block counters, tile backsplash, breakfast bar and new refrigerator and stove. This cabin sits on four acres with natural surroundings and is nice and private. Just 4 miles to UAF with access to trails connecting to Creamers field and a short distance from the bike path. There is a private outhouse and ample parking. One pet (cat or dog) is allowed on approval with increased, refundable deposit. Rent is $825/month ($750 rent plus $75 fuel charge) and tenants are responsible for electricity, trash removal, and snow removal. This cabin is available September 16.
