This well appointed Furnished cottage is a must see. The cottage sits on a property shared with another home but is on a large lot with a separate entrance that makes it very private. You have one allotted parking space but guests can eaily be accomidated. The cottage opens into a large open living and dining room with fireplace. The room includes a sectional sofa and several comfy chairs. The dining area has a large buffet for storage and bistro style 4 person table. Great for meals or game night. The kitchen is to the other side of the entrance and includes an electric range, full-sized fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes microwave, Keurig and all your basic necessities. There is also a stack washer and dryer hidden away in the tall kitchen cabinet by the door. The Bedroom includes a queen sized bed with new mattress and lots of closet space including great shelving an organization. The bathroom is located between the bedroom and living room and features a full size walk in shower with seat. There is a great private deck with a roomy shed for Tenants to use for storage. The shared portion of the property and main house has a dog already in residence and so no other pets will be allowed. No Pets, No Smoking and No Students. Utilities (Water, Sewer, Garbage, Electric and Natural Gas) are supplied by owner with an additional fee to the tenants of $150.00 per month. Tenant will be responsible for their own cable/internet as desired. Landscaping included. All information provided is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified.
