The security deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent or the amount requested that reflects your credit application. Pets are okay with non refundable pet fee. Resident is responsible for all utilities including: Gas, Electric and Water, Sewer and Trash. Utilities are not included in base rent pricing. Stoves and refrigerators are provided/will be provided in all homes.
