The rest of the suite is furnished with fridge, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, en-suite washer and dryer and everything you would need for the kitchen. Full bathroom shared Some (but limited) storage space in garage Nice and big Backyard with patio furniture & table top Weber BBQ Super quiet, safe neighborhood right at the back gate of Children's/Women's Hospital 1 blk to Queen Elizabeth Park, 5 Blks to King Edward Station (only 8 min ride to downtown), Bus 33 and 25 directly to UBC, 15 and Canada Line to Langara Steps away from all amenities: grocery, restaurant, cafe, theatre, Hill Crest community centre (pool, gym, ice rink, library, and many other sports facilities), shopping at Oakridge, etc. Non-smoker (of any kind), No Pet, and No party. I'm looking for a mature professional whose work hours are regular and can commit to at least one year.
