This unit does have a hookup for a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. No smoking. We do require first and last months rent, as well as a $700 deposit totaling $2400 due at lease signing. We can hold unit for up to 2 weeks with the deposit, at which time, remainder would be due and move in would transpire. If remainder is not paid at that time, or you choose not to move in, deposit would be non-refundable. Must have proof of income meeting income guidelines of a household, monthly take home pay of $3400, as well as be able to pass a backgroud check. NO PRIOR EVICTIONS. Will allow up to 2 small animals with an extra $100 deposit as well as $25 a month per animal.
