It will not be ready to show until March 10, 2026 The pictures shown of are another unit we just finished renovating and have rented to give you an idea of what the interior will look like. Two bedrooms and guest bath are located at the front of the unit, kitchen is in the middle, and the master bedroom and bathroom are in the rear. It comes with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer hookups. All utilities are to be set up in resident's name prior to move in. Small pets only, $500 non refundable pet fee. There is a $75 initial application fee per person 18 or older who will be residing in the home.
