Uniquely Styled 2BR/2B home with an extra room/office space that is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac right off Ingleside in Midtown and conveniently located to Riverside Dr, Downtown, I-75. and Mercer. The home is very secluded if you like your privacy but minutes away from everything. Large living area surrounded by windows to enjoy the lovely scenery and a great view of the spacious backyard with a firepit. There's also large deck surrounded by nature, so peaceful to drink your morning coffee or enjoy some outside workouts. The home is totally electric and fireplace is for decoration only. The outside work shop area is wired. Three pets are allowed up to 75lbs with a Non-refundable Pet Fee. 1st pet $300, each additional is $150 per pet. Property is still occupied and requires 24 hour notice to view. ** There is a $150.00 admin fee charged to new tenants. **All applications are processed first come, first serve. We allow a 72hr window for all documentation to be received for approval. If not received, we move to the next applicant who has applied.
