Custom can lighting in living room with dimmers. Roomy bedrooms have ceiling fans, vertical blinds and lights in closets. Not all square footage is finished, lots of storage in basement. Approximately 825 square feet finished up and 825 square feet unfinished in the basement. Dedicated laundry area in basement has washer, dryer, and mop sink. Private garage has electrical outlets, outside door and opener. Sorry, no pets. No smoking or vaping inside or outside of unit. Monthly gross income needs to be three times the housing expense. Housing, background and credit checks are required, minimum 600 credit. Before preparing a lease, we need an application for everyone that would be living at the property that is 18 and over, our application fee is $30 per applicant.
