The two bedrooms are very big (pictures show a king size bed in each one). A third room (no window) is also very spacious and would make a great office, exercise room, or a big storage space. Recessed lighting throughout the unit (with dimmers in the kitchen/dining and living rooms) provides ample light in additional to the natural light from large windows. Outside, there is a large covered patio. One covered parking space is included as well, with up to two other uncovered parking spaces. There is a possible storage shed available for an additional fee. The convenient location of this home can hardly be beat. It is within walking distance to schools, Murray park, and Murray library. There is also plenty of shopping nearby (Costco, Maceys, and various restaurants) , and it's just a five minute drive to the freeway. Please note our minimum qualifying standards for tenancy: income must equal 3x the rent, minimum credit score of 650, good references from previous landlords.
