I have lived here 10 months now and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly and the grounds are well kept. I am in one of the Villas and it is very quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors. Maintenance is responsive and issues are quickly addressed. The neighborhood is safe and I see people out walking at all hours without concern. Highly recommend.

Not really sure why there are so many bad reviews about the management, unless it's changed recently. We've had nothing but good experiences with the office staff and maintenance crew, who have been extremely timely and helpful with fixing things in our unit. The entire complex is beautiful, quiet, and the neighbors have all been friendly. We love the inside of our unit, a very spacious, nice one bedroom apartment. Nothing to complain about here!

Chasewood Gates is a wonderful place to live. Their rental rates are reasonable. The property is well maintained. And the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled immediately. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience here. This is definitely a well managed complex that focuses on resident satisfaction.

My girlfriend and I just moved out after two years. The only reason for moving out was because life had brought us to our first house. If I was still renting in the Twin Cities area, I would not recommend any other place than Chasewood Gates. It’s very reasonable pricing (which is respected in todays world of apartments manipulating renters). Every time we needed something, the office was prompt with a response. The pool is a nice feature. And on top of everything, the neighborhood is a very safe and relaxing area. People look out for one another and that’s hard to come by in the twin cities. If you’re thinking about moving, disregard a fancy counter top and think about the things that really matter like a safe area where maintenance and office staff will treat you right!

Very happy living at Chasewood Gates. The grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is very responsive to my needs. Pio and Kurt are friendly and always professional. I have been dealing with some complex medical issues the past couple of years and everyone has been very kind and accommodating. I recently met Mike and he seems like a great addition to the team. Adam and Natalie are wonderful in the office. Always a pleasure dealing with everyone. Thanks!

I've been a resident at Chasewood Gates almost a year. The location is fantastic with easy access to 494/62/169. The property is a hidden gem in the hills of Minnetonka with a neighborhood feel. Walking trails and nature surrounds. Garages are clean. Apartments are spacious. The pool area and community areas are well maintained. The staff is very kind and prompt with replies to any questions or maintenance needs. After previous experience with the property, I knew Chasewood Gates was where I wanted to be when I was in need of an apartment.
