Pets are welcome with a $450 non-refundable pet fee and $35 monthly pet rent; some breed restrictions apply. There is a $60 application fee per person, and all applicants over the age of 18 must apply. The first month's rent and a security deposit of $1,700 are due at lease signing. Rent is $1,700 per month. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, electric, gas, and cable/internet. Trash service is included in the rent.
