This home comes fully furnished and is available for a mid term lease for 1 to 4 months between January 1st 2026 and May 1st 2026. We are not willing to rent beyond this date so if you are looking for a longer lease, this is not it. You are also not allowed to sublet or Airbnb our home. All utilities are covered in the rental price. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a fenced-in backyard (new wood, privacy fence) and accepts dogs. There are also now LVP floors throughout the home, not pictured. The house is centrally located, close to I-40, UNCW, the airport, downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. The pool is covered and not available for use during this time. No smoking allowed indoors. Rent payment covers Spectrum cable and high speed internet, trash, power, water, and lawn maintenance. Up to 2 dogs allowed, no cats. Will collect one month's rent as a security deposit up front that is refundable at the end of the lease if there are no damages. Can be flexible with rental terms.
