Upstairs - Entering in through the front door takes you into the upstairs sitting room which has an entire wall of full-length windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen flows into the dining area and there is a sliding glass door the leads to the deck and a spacious fully-fence backyard. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Between the dining area and sitting area is the staircase which leads to the full finished basement. Downstairs - Down the stairs is a large living room/den with a woodstove, a bedroom with a large walk-in closet, a master bedroom, bathroom, and a storage/laundry room. Outdoor space – The yard is large and so fun to entertain in! There are mature trees on the property that offer privacy and plenty of shade in the summer. There is also a deck that comes off the kitchen. There is a 10x15 insulated shed with power and air conditioning. Neighborhood – Everyone on this street is extremely friendly. The location is amazing as well. Often there are deer and other wildlife coming through the neighborhood. The access to the outdoors can’t be beat. Amenities included - Washer/Dryer, Stainless-steel kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, fully fenced yard. No utilities included. Dogs will be considered, no cats please. Dogs will require a screening. There will be a $200 deposit for a dog, as well as a $40 monthly charge if the dog is accepted. Date Available - Oct 15th 2024.
