Cute bungalow located near downtown, close to freeway access. Porch, quiet neighborhood, close to church and schools. Grocery store located nearby. Tenant pays electricity, water and wifi. if after lease is signed and you want to add another Tenant, new would be Tenant will have to pay security deposit of $1000 and application plus rent will increase to $2400. If I decide to allow a pet there is a non-refundable fee of $500 and pet cannot weigh more than 13 lbs. Tenant picks up dog poop. Lawn care is provided but he does not pick up dog poop. No furniture on front porch such as a sofa, easy chair and their like. No smoking indoors or outside. Eviction will occur . Rent must be paid on time. Parking is on street. NO EVICTIONS.
