Private side entrance through coded gate. This is the in-law apartment of our main, family house. The apartment is furnished but we can empty it if you like. We are here and happy to accommodate. Located in South San Diego. Utilities are included at a flat rate based on occupancy because rent in this city is already high enough. We do have solar panels on the home and like to be cognizant about the energy and water we use. We are looking for a tenant to live in the apartment of our family home who is KID FRIENDLY. This space is perfect for a couple with a kid, someone who has a child or two OR just a fur baby who likes human children. We have a large back yard you are welcome to. Background checks will be conducted for each adult moving in and previous rental history + deposit required. Credit score not required.
