I have a great big house for rent in Richmond. The square footage is over 4000 on two levels. It has a grand entrance foyer with double door entry, a tiled floor, curved staircase and a huge icicle like chandelier. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms as well as a host of other rooms such as a huge laundry room, a hobby room, a den, a games room and again, very large living and dining rooms with very high ceilings and lots of crown molding. Except for the foyer and the kitchen it is carpeted throughout. It is heated with an in floor radiant system and has 2 gas fireplaces. The kitchen stove is gas too. The two car garage has been converted to a play room or storage area while the 2 driveways can accommodate cars. There is a nanny or in law suite as well which is not to be rented out but used for an in law or nanny housing. The yard goes all around the house and is fenced off. Please no smokers or pets.
