Located at 601 east 13th unit number one, you will find a lower 2 bedroom unit. This unit is set at $750, and the tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Additionally, the owner will pay up to $200 towards the water, sewer, and garbage quarterly bill anything after that point will be billed back to the tenant. We do work with section 8 and other programs Must make 3x the rent No evictions the past 3 years Pets allowed $250 non refundable fee then $50 per month per pet. With a 2 pet maximum.
