This single family home is surrounded by birch trees and close to many trails. Enter the home thru an Arctic entryway and into the kitchen. The laundry is located utility room which also features a shower. A half bathroom is located off the kitchen area. The living room features a vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the deck. A working hot tub on the deck is available for tenant use. Upstairs you will find a lofted office nook and both bedrooms. Connecting the bedrooms is a full Jack and Jill bathroom. The large yard has some gardening areas and a greenhouse! This amazing home will be available May 28 with a lease through the end of August or September 7. Rent is $2000/month and includes electric and oil heat.
