At the rear of the home are the open and spacious living room, kitchen, and eat-in dining area, featuring a cozy gas fireplace and sliding doors to access the back deck and yard. The kitchen has an efficient layout and stainless appliances including the electric range, built-in microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Upstairs are three bedrooms, both full bathrooms, the laundry room, and a large landing. Nice, newer carpet is throughout the landing and bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a large en suite bathroom with a double sink vanity, jetted tub, and separate shower. The other full bathroom has direct access from each of the remaining two bedrooms and has a combination bathtub/shower. The washer and dryer will remain for tenant use, but these appliances will not be repaired or replaced by the homeowner. The inviting backyard has a large deck with a shed available for tenant use. Tenants are responsible for all utilities including electricity, water/sewer, and trash collection as well as lawn care. Central heat and air conditioning with a heat pump for each floor. Ceiling fans throughout. No cosigners. No smoking. No pets.
