Market/cafe nearby. Very special home! This Lanesville mid-century modern home was built in 2007, designed by Paul Lukez. The house is all about light, open space, and fantastic views from nearly every room, onto the Ipswich Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Built-in wireless fantastic surround sound on both upper and lower floors. The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, water views, a queen bed and ensuite bath, including a tiled shower with built in bench, also with a sea view. On the same floor, there is a second office/bedroom with a built-in, spacious desk, bookshelves, and a Murphy bed with a new full sized, very comfortable hybrid mattress. There is a half bath just outside the bedroom door. The first floor family suite includes another queen bedroom, a large family/TV room equipped with wifi for streaming, a second fireplace, a second full bath with a deep tub/shower, a laundry area, a granite wet bar with a second dishwasher and mini fridge, ample closets and storage, two stone patio areas, a gas grill, an outdoor lounging and dining area, and a large lawn and gardens--all with more spectacular water views. On the third floor of the home, you will find a sweet upper roof deck/lookout, perfect for sunsets, morning coffee, cocktails, cool breezes. Whether coming to work remotely, to undertake a peaceful retreat, or to relocate temporarily in a beautiful home surrounded by sea views, we hope you will come to enjoy and appreciate our Cape Ann getaway home as much as we do!
