Situated on the second floor of the owner's waterfront home, the apartment consists of two sunny bedrooms, a full bath with shower, an open plan living room and dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen. Short walk to Niles Beach. On street parking in front of house or in the public lot half a block from the house. Parking not guaranteed. Plenty of public landings and parks nearby to put in a kayak. Niles Beach is just around the bend. Water access is not available from house for tenants. Please note that the friendly owner lives on the first floor of this two-family home. First, last, & security due at signing. Heat, hot water, electric, and water/sewer included in rent. Tenant pays for internet. There is no cable. No pets. No smoking. No events. No parties.
