The great room features build in shelves, fireplace, raised ceilings and large slider door over looking the enclosed pool. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, bar top seating, and large breakfast nook. The master suite is located off the kitchen and down a hallway and includes walk in closet, walk in shower, and garden tub along with double sink vanity. Guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the opposite side of the home along with the second full bathroom. A half bath and laundry room are located off the kitchen and down a short hallway, along with the garage. Patio space features large pool with waterfall feature, and opens into the enclosed backyard. School zones - Holm Elementary, Workman Middle, Washington High School Pool and Lawn care provided with each rental payment. pets allowed on a pre approved basis with all pet fees paid, no more than 2 pets allowed. Owner/manager reserves the right to deny any pet(s) at any time. Tenant Benefit Package fee of $29/month is required for all tenants.
