Five minutes from Nathan Littauer hospital, shopping and grocery, but very private nice neightborhood. Apt is freshly painted and clean. ALl applainces. We are looking for good tenants that pay rent on time and take care of their unit. We are clean landlords and do expect that renters have no garbage or clutter and keep units clean.
