The family room is made to enjoy, watching TV and gather around a large corner fireplace. Stay cool all year long with our central AC system. Cable and Sirius XM are included. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with professional-grade appliances including double ovens, six-burner stovetop, and griddle, a full-sized freezer and refrigerator. The living room has large, overstuffed sofas and chairs around a second fireplace. Hand-carved stone, imported Talavera tile, wood floors, hand-forged rod iron, and custom interior plaster creates the warmth of the beautifully appointed hacienda. The dining room seats six banquet style and opens up to the courtyard, with two outdoor seating arrangements seating up to eight each. Because of our gorgeous weather, you can dine outdoor year-round. The master suite has a fireplace, king bed, view of the city skyline, large jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower with multiple heads, and double vanity. Roomy walk-in closets. A wine-cooler, coffee station, and TV completes this suite. Three additional large and spacious bedrooms with queen beds, TVs, walk-in closets, custom furnishings, as well as a den/office space with twin beds. Lush gardens maintained by our professional landscapers included with rent as well as all utilities. Ample 2 car garage with 2 additional vehicles parking on the driveway.
