I have 2 available bedrooms for rent in a large 3 bedroom apartment. Each room is available separately at $500 each or together for $900. The apartment is situated due north of Forest Park and is less than 2 miles from Forest Park Metrolink Station and Washington University. Great location for a WashU or SLU student. Features a nice sized kitchen with gas appliances. Current roommate in third bedroom is quiet and friendly. The building is pet friendly. The apartment is quite large, has wood floors and trim and a balcony, and has a lot of open space for furniture, art, storage, etc. The apartment has high speed U-Verse internet and cable. My lease is up this August, however I'm being activated for Air National Guard duty. You can sublet for the remainder of the lease or sign a new one now. Apartment is available for viewing now, shoot me a message for times that work for you.
