The four well-sized bedrooms provide flexibility for sleeping, home office, or guest space. The kitchen offers ample cabinetry and workspace, along with a dining area for easy meals and gatherings. Resident is responsible for all utilities. This house is no smoking and renter's insurance is required. Residents will be enrolled in Resident Benefit Package that includes renter's insurance and credit building for $25/month. One pet is welcome with a $300 nonrefundable pet fee and an additional $35 monthly fee for a cat. One dog may be considered for an additional $50/month. Breed restrictions may apply.
