Furnished 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome in the Winslowe development. Built in 2019, this unit benefits from a very modern design. A massive island in an even larger kitchen provide ample stone countertop for cooking, with more storage space than I've ever managed to use. The kitchen feels even more open (and convenient!) as it flows directly into the adjacent dining and living areas. The connecting ancillary space offers even more storage or a home office right next to the balcony door. The unit is complete with water softener, solar panels, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stove, in-unit laundry, AC and heating, a two car garage with extra storage racks, and plentiful guest parking. Outside, there is access to the Winslowe community pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, club house, dog park, garden, and bocce ball court. The home is also an easy 10 minute walk to the coffee shop, food, groceries, and bus stops of Old Town Goleta. Goleta Beach Park is a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute bike ride away. La Patera Elementary, Goleta Valley Junior High, Dos Pueblos High, and UCSB are all within a 10 minute drive. A few things to note: * The unit is mostly furnished, but anything you don't want can be removed. * The Winslowe development is mostly occupied by families with children. This is NOT a place to be hosting disruptive parties. * The stated rent is approximate. It may be higher if many people are living in the unit. I am also willing to include some amount of utilities and water softener expenses in the rental price. * Interior photos are old. New ones coming soon.
