Off of the living room a separate fully equipped kitchen with an eating area. 2 spacious bedrooms, one facing south overlooking the river valley with a walking closet. 2nd bedroom comes with dresser and closet. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds and bed side lighting. Come soak in our clawfoot tub, or take a quick shower in the full size shower. Enjoy relaxing on your private bistro patio with river views. With an older home, comes squeaky floors and doors. Soundproofing wasn't there before but it is something that has been continuously worked on to improve. Even with this home being over 100 years old, the bathroom is huge! Comes with a featured clawfoot-tub and full size shower.
